Phil Croghan(Hydrophyllic Surfboards)With 1st V.B. Biofoam I shaped @ 90%! "I really enjoy working with Biofoam. I like the feel with the planar and hand tools. The blanks finish sand really smooth because of the cell uniformity. Both MDI and Biofoam blanks have an excellent continuity throughout due to the computer controlled pouring during production. I believe this foam is superior to conventional poly foams."
